De Panasonic DMW-FL360LE flitser heeft een dubbele functie. U kunt de flitser gebruiken als reportageflitser tijdens het fotograferen, maar er zit ook een LED-lamp ingebouwd die van pas komt tijdens het filmen. De oplaadtijd van de flitser is snel; slechts twee seconden. Ook is de flitser draadloos aan te sturen met de DMC-GH3 systeemcamera van Panasonic.
